from the looks of it you are no longer using vm pro and i say that because the folders haven't been updated in 6+ months. I find that hard to believe that no one has left voicemails in over 6 months. Get an avaya vendor on the phone and see whats up. I would also suggest hitting this site: Opens a new window i know the guy who built and maintains it. If you are still stuck there is a contact link and he should be able to help you out. To me it looks like you are no longer running vm pro and you are back to using the built in vm solution on the ip office switch.
